Roots began as a response to a familiar frustration — where can we be treated proactively and holistically from the inside out? We wanted a place where a longevity practitioner, a nurse practitioner and an expert injector could share one chart and answer the same question: how can we make this person truly thrive from the inside, out?

Our house sits in Channelside, in rooms designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a private studio. Consultations are what they're supposed to be — consultative. Treatment plans are written to the person in front of us — never to a menu. Every protocol is tied to AI, bloodwork, imaging, or a baseline we can measure the next visit against.

The result is a deliberate virtual and physical destination where health optimization, peptides, hormones, metabolic care and aesthetics live together — and where the goal is never a look, but a longer, vibrant life.
