Caitlin, founder of Roots Wellness and Medspa, is a certified autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience. She specializes in wellness, weight management, hormone replacement, and preventative medicine. With advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and certification in Hormone Replacement and Pellet Therapy from Evexias Health Solutions, Caitlin blends functional medicine with modern aesthetics to help her patients feel and look their best. She created Roots as a space where true self-care and beauty meet. Her passion is helping others reclaim balance so they can feel strong, beautiful, and vibrant in their own skin. Caitlin states her drive for creating Roots was: “Our health and beauty standards have both been so misconstrued by modern day life. Our health standards have severely lessened, and our beauty standards have severely raised. Hence why Roots was born.” Her vision for Roots is that it is a place where both of those worlds become balanced and her patients feel the opportunity to live optimally in the beautiful skin they’re in.

She creates treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals while building lasting relationships. With a dedication to skin health, she also holds certifications in medical-grade skincare to ensure clients maintain long-term results.
