Physician-supervised GLP-1 programs, including the Nourish Microdose Club at $229 per month with medication included and shipped to your door. Microdosing keeps the dose low and the support high — gentler side effects, steadier progress, and a provider watching your response the entire way. You can also join the club directly.

Which states does Roots Virtual serve?
All 50 states. Our telehealth licensure coverage lets our providers consult with, prescribe for and monitor patients anywhere in the U.S., so you do not need to live in Tampa to start a program with us.
How is medication delivered?
Medication is shipped directly to your door from licensed pharmacies or is available for collection from our clinic, with everything you need to dose at home, depending on your program or membership. Refills follow your program schedule, and your provider adjusts them as your protocol changes.
Who will I see at my virtual visit?
One of our licensed Roots providers — a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant — all practicing under the oversight of our Medical Director. You can meet the full clinical team on our team page before you book.
How much do virtual programs cost?
Nourish, our microdose GLP-1 club, is $229 per month with medication included. Men's enclomiphene optimization is $199 per month. Peptide therapy, hormone optimization and other programs are quoted at consult once your provider knows the plan.
