Appointments, deposits, and cancellations
Appointments may require a deposit or card on file to reserve time. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit or be charged a fee. Arriving significantly late may require rescheduling.
Payment, packages, and memberships
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Prepaid packages, memberships, and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase. Pricing is subject to change; the price quoted at your consultation applies to that treatment plan.
